Essential Safety Tips

  • Video chat first - make sure they look like their photos
  • Tell a friend where you're going and who you're meeting
  • Google them - a little stalking for safety is okay!
  • Trust your gut - if something feels off, it probably is
  • Keep personal info private until you're comfortable

🚩 Red Flags to Watch For

Refuses to video chat or meet in public
Asks for money or financial help
Gets angry when you set boundaries
Pushes for personal info too quickly
Their story keeps changing
Overly aggressive or sexual from the start
Tries to move conversation off the app immediately
